By accessing or using the Rented Services platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Rented Services is a software-as-a-service marketplace that provides ready-to-deploy web application modules on a subscription basis. Each module is provisioned with its own subdomain and isolated database schema.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access; use the service for illegal purposes; interfere with other users' access; upload malicious content; or reverse-engineer any platform components. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Module subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are as listed at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment is processed through our supported payment providers.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into rented modules. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data within the retention period.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will provide advance notice when possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rented Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
